![]() New software: The genomic hyperbrowserPeople from the Bioinformatics core facility have contributed to the development of the Genomic Hyperbrowser, a software performing statistical analysis of sequence-level
genomic information. The paper describing the software is found here. Norwegian Bioinformatics Forum 2010The meeting was held in Oslo 18th to 19th of November 2010. Streaming video of most of the talks is available for immediate viewing here |
The Bioinformatics Core Facility provides its users at the Oslo University Hospital and the University of Oslo with a range of services within bioinformatics, including analysis of next-generation sequencing data, microarray data, protein structure analysis, statistical genomics and access to useful databases and web services. The Bioinformatics Core Facility is partially funded by FUGE and collaborates closely with the National Bioinformatics Platform. The facility collaborates with the Structural Biology Core Facility and the Microarray Core Facility. |
